Provide us with the details of a project when it arises.

We'll either arrange a site visit or quote remotely, depending on the individual project circumstances.

We send your quote* for you to send to your client (the property owner).

Upon receiving their approval, you, the agent makes an agreement directly with Ada and pays a deposit. We can provide you with a full invoice (including your commission) if you need one at this point. You can use it to show it to your client.

Once manufacturing is completed, we'll arrange installation visits. At this point we'll take an interim payment.

Upon successful installation or repair, our team will issue a final invoice less the 10% commission by way of a credit note. You receive your full payment from your client as per the quote value in step 3 and initial invoice value in step 4.

We prepare your guarantee documents in your clients name and send it out within a few weeks.

*This referral program is not accessible by everyone. It is a special procedure specially designed for property management firms and property developers. You must check with our office team whether the quotes includes your commission (for every project) before sending the quote to your client.

~ 10% ~

The registered business will receive a 10% commission in the form of a credit note deducted from the contract value.

You will receive a commission from all jobs we successfully complete, regardless of the value amount, small or large.

If there are any changes in the project value will be reflected on the final invoice payable.

Please note, we may withdraw this scheme at any time. This will not affect any projects already ordered.
