Important Information
Staying safe during installation
At Ada Windows Limited, we prioritise your safety above all, especially when children, the elderly and pets are involved. While our aim is to help you through a smooth installation process, we also understand the potential risks and hazards that can arise during the process. We kindly request that you take a moment to read and share the following safety information with all household members and any visiting guests.
Safety & Security:
In almost all situations, we will ensure that new frames are installed after taking out the old frames. If there are any specific security concerns regarding your property or the local area, please inform us.
Risk of trips and falls:
Any excavation area poses a risk of falling. The surrounding ground may be unstable, so tread with care.

Room Shift:
Adhere to the agreed-upon room rotation plan to maintain a safe distance from potential hazards. When our fitters arrive on site, they will tell you which room they will start from. If in doubt, confirm with the fitters.
Electrical Safety:
When electrical work is being done, heed all instructions given by our electricians. W may require that some nearby appliances, lighting or other electrical item be switched off and disconnected during installation.

Our team will be using various tools and machinery during the project and most of them can be dangerous for children and adults. Some tools may also contain sharp bits. Please stay away from these tools and keep children and pets away too. If these tools are accidentally operated it may cause serious injury to them and others

Access During Work:
We understand that most customer will be living at the property during installation and there will be need to access certain rooms. Inform us about any access needs you may have during the project and our installers will let you know when it’s safe to do so.
Pet Safety:
Some pets may be sensitive to loud noise, dust etc. If there are specific considerations needed for your pets, please let us know and we will try to make arrangements.
Exclusion Zones:
Although our fitters may not necessarily block off the working area as they won’t normally expect anyone to be wandering nearby or it is generally OK to be around provided that care is taken, there may be areas that are off-limits at all times to ensure your safety.
